Award ceremony takes place in October
Today, service takes place on many different levels - and above all, the majority of them digitally. For the healthcare sector, and thus also for clinics, this means expanding targeted online communication in order to reach patients at all levels. Just how successfully the Hellersen Sports Clinic implements this is demonstrated by the nomination of the specialist clinic by KU Gesundheitsmanagement for the award in the online marketing category.
The concept of the sports clinic website with an integrated chat function, in conjunction with the social media channels, ensures communication that is appropriate for the target group. The structure according to specialist areas and brands makes it possible to place the content close to the lives and needs of users and patients, thus ideally merging the online and offline worlds. With this project, the Hellersen Sports Clinic was able to convince.
Besides the Sportklinik Hellersen, the Kreisklinikum Siegen with the relaunch of their website as well as compassio Lebensräume & Pflege B.V. & Co. KG with the brand consolidation and also their website relaunch are nominated. The awards will be presented on October 12, 2023, as part of the KU Management Congress in Bamberg. The jury of marketing experts from the hospital, publishing house and agency sectors will select the most successful and outstanding concept in the field of hospital marketing.
